Recruiter (Laurie P)

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Duluth, GA area that is seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to join their team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding support.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting both exempt and non-exempt employees and a proven track record of filling positions ranging from skilled trades and hourly workforce roles to professional, management, and executive-level positions.

Experience supporting recruiting efforts within construction, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or similar environments is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of positions, including hourly, professional, management, and executive-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning initiatives, and role requirements.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process, providing a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate feedback and selection decisions.
• Extend offers and assist with onboarding activities as needed.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay informed on labor market trends, competitive hiring practices, and talent availability within target industries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and interviewing skills.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for positions ranging from blue-collar/skilled trades roles to VP-level leadership positions.
• Experience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, industrial, engineering, logistics, or similar industries strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
