Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver complex technical solutions.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from initiation through deployment, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, breaking down large initiatives into actionable milestones.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and technical blockers proactively.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to senior leadership and clients effectively.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Information Technology or Software Development sector (5+ years minimum).PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
• Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand technical architecture and stack requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
