Product Manager

This is an end-to-end product management role for someone who's just as credible sitting across from a customer as they are steering a backlog. You'll own two of the four products on the platform — spending real time in front of users, working conflicting feedback into a clear picture of what actually needs solving, and using that to drive the roadmap all the way through to release. Not a documentation role.

Not a coordination role. Real ownership, from signal to shipped outcome.

• What You'll Own
• Time with users — talking directly to end users and key stakeholders, running focus groups, and observing how the product actually gets used day to day
• Making sense of the noise — pulling signal out of sales conversations, support tickets, feature requests and product analytics, and turning it into a defensible view of what's worth building
• Steering the roadmap — the majority of your time goes into prioritisation and direction: owning your product line roadmap, backlog, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria end to end
• Delivery — working through two-week sprints with Engineering and the Delivery Lead, and personally accepting or rejecting completed work against your own standard
• Design outcomes — briefing the shared design team and staying accountable for the quality of what ships
• Outcomes, not just output — defining what success looks like before you build, and reporting honestly on whether it actually worked once released

What we're looking for

• 3-7 years as a Product Manager / Product Owner who has moved beyond pure backlog management into genuine end-to-end ownership
• Real evidence on both sides of the discipline — you've personally run user research and personally owned a backlog through to delivery
• Can sit with an end user and extract useful insight without leading the conversation
• Writes requirements clean enough that engineers don't need to rewrite them, and isn't afraid to reject work that doesn't meet the bar
• Already using AI tools day-to-day across research synthesis, documentation, analysis and product thinking — not planning to someday
• A strong instinct for simplicity: the end user often doesn't have time to learn a complex system, so the product needs to work for them, not power users
• Treats user data privacy as a design constraint from the start, not something compliance cleans up afterwards
• Nice to have: SaaS product background Product analytics experience Experience briefing a shared design team
