Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in London. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Daily activities include researching target markets, developing tailored proposals and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role involves setting and tracking revenue targets, preparing regular pipeline and performance reports, and contributing to strategic planning for market expansion.

The Business Development Manager will represent Alxha at meetings, events, and industry forums, ensuring a consistent and professional presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management to develop and grow client accounts.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends that inform go-to-market and growth strategies.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials that clearly communicate value and outcomes.
• Comfort with using CRM systems and productivity tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and report on performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-directed work style with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working in or with London-based or UK markets is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in London and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
