Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience needed for a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates must be located in eastern or central time zones. Must be self-sufficient with syndicated data tools (Circana, IRI, SPINS, Nielsen, or similar). Must enjoy working with data and be able to tell a story using the data. Must then be able to create a PowerPoint presentation and present that story to a client.

Salary is 65-80K.We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to support sales efforts, strengthen client relationships, and help expand program adoption within the consumer packaged goods space. This role is ideal for a collaborative marketing professional who enjoys working with data, developing client-ready campaign materials, and partnering closely with sales to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leaders to support account strategy and prioritization
• Research brands, market activity, and in-store trends to identify opportunities
• Analyze sales and category data to uncover promotional needs and performance insights
• Assist in developing campaign concepts, sales materials, and client presentations
• Track active campaigns and recommend adjustments to improve results
• Customize campaign recap presentations and suggest next steps
• Participate in client meetings to discuss strategy, campaign performance, and recommendations
• Help develop best-practice stories that demonstrate the value of data-driven marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Business Administration, or related field2–5+ years of experience in marketing, retail, CPG, promotions, technology, or a related industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointStrong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Detail-oriented, consultative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
