Junior Operations Manager

We're looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our Philadelphia team. It's fully entry-level. We'll train you from the ground up across every part of the business: sales, marketing, HR, legal, and finance. By the end of your first year, you'll understand how a company works better than most people twice your age.

The Training

You won't be stuck in one department. Over the first several months you'll rotate through the core functions of the business and learn each one from the people who run it. That means:

• Sitting in on sales meetings and client conversations, then trying your hand at both
• Working on marketing projects and seeing what actually moves the needle
• Learning how hiring, onboarding, and team culture get built (spoiler: it's not by accident)
• Getting a working knowledge of contracts, compliance, and the legal side of doing business
• Reading budgets, forecasts, and P&Ls until the numbers start telling you a story
• Helping run the daily operations that keep everything moving

Once you've got the fundamentals, you'll start owning projects of your own. Where you go from there is up to you.
