Scrum Master - Commercial Banking

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our Commercial Banking team. If you are a passionate problem solver with extensive knowledge of Scrum methodology and a knack for building strong teams, we want to hear from you!As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for ensuring that the team follows Scrum methodology to meet the project objectives.

You will facilitate daily Scrum meetings, drive sprint planning, and remove any impediments to progress. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting team progress and performance to the Product Owner.To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and regular retrospectives.

Track and report team progress and performance to the Product Owner.

Ensure that the team follows Scrum methodology to meet the project objectives.

Identify and remove any impediments to progress.

Ensure that team members understand and adhere to Agile principles and practices.

Work with the Product Owner to define and prioritize user stories.

Monitor the team’s performance and provide feedback and coaching.

Encourage collaboration and foster a positive team environment.

Assist the Product Owner with setting objectives and developing product roadmaps.

Ensure that team members are adhering to Agile best practices.
