Handle service requests and work with business teams to ensure timely resolution in the system
Participate in customer meetings, prioritize findings, clarify business processes and publish reports
Schedule meetings related to project updates, budget inquiries and process guidance
Proactively monitor and resolve job failures, ensure to reduce ticket volume and prevent reoccurring issues
Salary Range-$80,000-$100,000 a year
