At Atozeesolutions, we deliver innovative, secure, and efficient digital infrastructure for global business ecosystems. We are seeking a Product Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Digital Solutions team.

In this role, you will serve as the central bridge aligning Product, Technology, Operations, and UX to define and deliver requirements for our Client Engagement Platforms. Working closely with Product Owners and global stakeholders, you will bring the "voice of the client" into every phase of development, transforming complex business strategy into actionable Agile deliverables.

Work Arrangement: Flexible Hybrid Model — 3 days onsite per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, plus one team-selected day) and 2 days remote.

Primary Responsibilities

• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to elicit requirements via process mapping, interviews, workshops, workflow analysis, and use cases.
• Agile Execution & Backlog Management: Translate business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), epic breakdowns, and refined JIRA user stories.
• Squad Collaboration: Act as a core member of the Agile squad—actively participating in daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective ceremonies.
• Client Advocacy: Serve as the functional voice of both internal and external clients, ensuring product features address real user pain points and support operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Build relationships across global teams to identify risks, track cross-system dependencies, define action owners, and escalate potential blockers in a timely manner.
• Operational Readiness: Create support documentation and content for client distribution, training hubs, and internal learning platforms to ensure seamless rollout of new features.
• Risk & Control Management: Embed risk mitigation and control processes into day-to-day delivery to maintain high standards of operational integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related cross-functional project management roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Agile Mastery: Deep hands-on experience applying Agile/Scrum frameworks, writing user stories, and managing JIRA backlogs.
• Tooling: Advanced proficiency with JIRA, business process mapping tools, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven success presenting complex updates to senior leaders and cross-functional global teams.

Preferred

• Practical experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
• Direct experience engaging in customer-facing roles or client-centric problem resolution.

Pay: $106,214.34 - $127,914.05 per year
