We're working with a leading staffing firm that connects top talent with innovative companies in the healthcare technology sector, focusing on solutions that enable secure, accurate, and compliant data exchange.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions for healthcare interoperability initiatives. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Gather and document business and technical requirements. Support FHIR and API-based integrations. Validate data pipelines and interoperability workflows. Ensure compliance with CMS interoperability standards.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of five years of Business Analyst experience supporting technical or data-focused initiatives. Experience with healthcare data, interoperability solutions, APIs, or data engineering environments.
Knowledge of ELT/ETL processes, SQL, JSON, and REST APIs. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and software development lifecycle practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
