The Position

The Marketing Manager, Strategic Growth is responsible for accelerating growth across PCNA's strategic business priorities, including Givee Select, Apparel, and JournalBooks.

Created to provide dedicated focus on these high priority growth businesses, this role sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Sales Enablement, developing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns that drive awareness, generate qualified demand, increase adoption, and accelerate revenue growth.

Leveraging customer insights, behavioral data, and buying intent signals, the Marketing Manager identifies opportunities to generate qualified demand, improve conversion, and increase share of wallet within target segments.

Working closely with Product Development, Digital Marketing, and Sales, this position connects marketing activity to commercial outcomes by translating customer engagement and buying intent signals into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), sales opportunities, and measurable revenue growth.

The role develops and executes integrated GTM programs, enables sales teams with effective positioning and tools, and continuously optimizes performance through data driven decision making to ensure marketing investments translate into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy & GTM Leadership
• Own the marketing strategy for strategic growth priorities, including Givee, Apparel, and Journal
• Books
• Identify opportunities to accelerate qualified demand, increase adoption, and drive revenue growth across target audiences and market segment
• Translate business priorities, customer insights, and product strategies into actionable marketing plans and programs
• Partner cross functionally to align execution plans that support successful GTM delivery
• Provide strategic recommendations and performance updates to leadership
• Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, sales enablement, events, content, and customer engagement programs
• Design programs that identify, nurture, and convert customer buying intent into qualified demand and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
• Partner with Digital Marketing to leverage website behavior, Salesforce data, and customer engagement signals to trigger targeted marketing and sales actions
• Develop audience segmentation, messaging strategies, and campaign journeys aligned to customer needs and buying stages
• Ensure alignment with PCNA's broader brand strategy while tailoring approaches to the unique needs of each growth business
• Sales Enablement & Commercial Partnership
• Develop sales tools and resources that improve product positioning, customer engagement, and conversion rates
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify growth opportunities, address barriers to adoption, and support strategic account initiatives
• Equip Sales teams with insights, messaging, content, and marketing support that help convert opportunities into revenue
• Performance Measurement & Optimization
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to awareness, engagement, MQL generation, adoption, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
• Analyze campaign, customer, and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Continuously optimize audience targeting, messaging, channel strategy, and customer journeys
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that improve campaign performance and accelerate business growth
• Skills and Knowledge
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing programs
• Experience developing and executing integrated demand generation and go to market strategies
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, buyer behavior, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Ability to leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to drive decision making
• Exceptional cross functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, demand generation, or a related marketing discipline
• Proven experience leading GTM initiatives and driving product adoption through targeted marketing programs
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives
• Experience using customer data, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools to drive marketing performance
• Experience in B2B marketing and/or promotional products a plus
• Residency
