Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
• Sources passive candidates through various channels, including Boolean search, social media (LinkedIn), and industry networking events.
• Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire applicant tracking process, ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Negotiate salary offers and coordinate onboarding schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future open requisitions to ensure speed-to-hire.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in a staffing agency).
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in technical recruiting or executive search.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
• Strong understanding of the Raleigh tech market and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated individual with a drive to exceed monthly placement targets and revenue goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple job orders simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
