Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
• Manage ERP implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and user support.
• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee cybersecurity, data protection, backups, disaster recovery, and IT compliance.
• Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal users.
• Ensure the reliable operation of servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
• Plan IT budgets and manage hardware, software, and other IT assets.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and business operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.APPLY NOW!!!Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant IT experience.
• At least 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT vendors and technology projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in manufacturing or trading environments is an advantage.
