Position Overview

The Senior Account Executive is a senior, quota-carrying enterprise sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts in Singapore. This role requires a proven hunter with a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets through disciplined pipeline generation, strategic account management, and execution excellence.

The successful candidate will proactively identify new business opportunities, expand existing customer relationships, and drive competitive displacement while leading complex enterprise sales engagements.

Leveraging deep expertise in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operation (AECO) industries, the Senior Account Executive builds trusted executive relationships and positions Autodesk as the strategic platform partner for customers’ digital transformation journeys.

Working closely with the Account Team Unit (ATU), this role orchestrates cross-functional teams across Sales, Technical Specialists, Customer Success, Marketing, Renewals, and Partners to deliver customer outcomes and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through disciplined sales execution and opportunity management.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer business priorities and Autodesk’s growth objectives.
• Proactively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through whitespace identification, account expansion, and competitive displacement.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to customers.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from opportunity creation through negotiation and close.
• Orchestrate the Account Team Unit (ATU) to deliver a coordinated customer engagement strategy across Sales, Technical Specialists, Customer Success, Marketing, Renewals, and Partners.
• Partner with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive targeted account engagement, pipeline generation, and strategic prospecting.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and pipeline discipline to support predictable business performance.
• Leverage partners strategically to extend customer reach and accelerate business outcomes while retaining ownership of the customer relationship.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality with proven success generating pipeline, winning new business, expanding strategic accounts, and displacing competitors.
• Extensive experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation solutions into the Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operation (AECO) industries.
• Established executive and C-suite relationships across Singapore’s AEC sector, with the ability to influence strategic business and technology decisions.
• Proven success leading complex, high-value enterprise sales engagements involving multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Strong strategic account planning, commercial negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional and matrixed sales organizations.
• Strong forecasting discipline and CRM management experience.
