Job Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive guest traffic, increase brand awareness, and support revenue growth for a family entertainment company.

This role serves as the primary liaison with the company's third-party marketing agency while leading the strategy and execution of the loyalty and rewards program to increase guest acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, promotions, and events.
• Manage the relationship with the external marketing agency, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals.
• Lead the company's loyalty and rewards program, driving membership growth, guest retention, and repeat visits through targeted campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze campaign and loyalty program performance, using data and customer insights to optimize results.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and promotional calendars.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and leadership to support business initiatives and guest experience goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, media planning, and brand strategy (in-house or agency).
• Proven ability to lead campaigns that drive engagement and business results.
• Deep understanding of digital media and performance marketing (paid social, display, etc.).
• Strong creative instincts paired with the analytical ability to back decisions with data.
• A Collaborative spirit, able to inspire and partner with creatives, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A love for entertainment, pop culture, and making brands that stand out from the ordinary.
• Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or other consumer-facing industries.
• Experience managing third-party marketing agencies.
• Experience with loyalty or rewards programs, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Strong digital marketing, analytics, project management, and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Comfortability around Flashing Lights & Loud Noise.
