Role Description The Field Marketing Representative and Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role involves engaging directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods, promoting EcoTech’s energy-efficient windows and doors, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

The individual will organize and execute field marketing campaigns, including door-to-door outreach, local events, and community initiatives. Daily responsibilities include coaching and motivating a small team of field representatives, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.

The role also supports customer inquiries, collects feedback from the field, and collaborates with sales and marketing leadership to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in field marketing and local campaign execution, including door-to-door outreach and event-based promotion.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills to create trust with homeowners and represent the brand professionally.
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening in face-to-face interactions.
• Proven sales skills, including lead generation, qualification, and basic consultative selling techniques.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a small team in a field, retail, or sales environment.
• Comfort working on-site in residential neighborhoods and at local events, with a valid driver’s license considered an asset.
• Ability to work full time with flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends based on campaign needs.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and goal orientation; experience in home improvement or related industries is an advantage.
