As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will partner directly with customers to solve high‑value operational challenges. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to conceive, architect, build, and maintain applications that drive measurable business impact.

Your day‑to‑day focus will be understanding a customer’s most critical objectives and building production‑ready workflows on top of their enterprise data—tools that end users rely on to make real change within their organization. This role requires rapid iteration, building from scratch, and helping teams transform how they operate with uncommon speed.

You won’t just ship code; you’ll help reshape how organizations work by putting powerful, data‑driven systems in the hands of decision‑makers and frontline operators.

• Demonstrated experience building applications that leverage large structured and unstructured datasets in production environments. Turning raw data into operational value is central to this role.
• A track record of delivering real‑world results with software—whether as a software engineer, data scientist, or technical analytics lead.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with teammates and customer stakeholders across varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Willingness to travel for customer implementation work. Travel needs vary by project but typically range from 10–33%. While you'll be remote, you'll be required to travel to client offices.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science
• Experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP
• Experience delivering production ML or LLM‑based solutions
• Experience building production frontend applications in React
• Experience with Spark or other distributed compute frameworks
