• Their patented platform helps global manufacturers reduce process variability, improve safety, lower energy costs, and accelerate sustainability initiatives.

They partner with leading organizations across steel, cement, aluminum, oil & gas, power, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, and are rapidly expanding their commercial presence across North America.

This is a chance to be one of the company's first commercial hires in the US and help build the North American business from the ground up.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, consultative Account Executive to lead enterprise sales across the US. This is a quota-carrying role owning the full sales cycle, building relationships with executive and operational leaders at major industrial organizations, and helping customers adopt AI-powered solutions that improve manufacturing performance.

What You'll Do

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close
• Build and manage a pipeline across steel, cement, mining, aluminum, and other heavy industrial organizations
• Build relationships with Plant Managers, COOs, VP Operations, Digital Transformation leaders, Engineering, and Procurement
• Run consultative discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and position AI-driven solutions
• Partner with Solutions Engineering and Delivery teams on pilots and implementations
• Represent the company at customer meetings, plant visits, trade shows, and industry conferences
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
• Provide market intel on customer needs, competitors, pricing, and product opportunities

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of Enterprise B2B Sales experience
• Experience selling SaaS, Industrial Automation, AI/ML, IoT, Computer Vision, MES, SCADA, DCS, or Process Control solutions
• Prior experience selling into US Steel and Cement industries strongly preferred
• Existing relationships with decision-makers in heavy manufacturing
• Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles and closing high-value deals
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the USBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Nice to Have
• Experience launching or expanding a new market
• Background selling Industry 4.0 or Manufacturing Technology solutions
• Knowledge of steel manufacturing or cement production processes
• Understanding of industrial digital transformation and sustainability initiatives
