Salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year, based on experience

Lead large-scale construction and public works projects that support schools and communities across Los Angeles.

What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple large-scale construction projects and programs.
• Manage projects with $50M+ construction values.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, costs, and contracts.
• Review contractor schedules and overall project progress.
• Manage change orders, claims, and construction disputes.
• Review contractor and consultant performance.
• Review payment applications and project cost reports.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Must-Have Experience

• 20+ years of construction or project management experience.
• 10+ years managing $50M+ construction programs.
• 5+ years in educational, public works, or commercial construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Strong construction project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary construction teams.

CCM certification may substitute for the education requirement.

Preferred Experience

• Public works construction experience.
• Educational facility / school construction experience.
• California construction experience.
• Design-Build project experience.
• BIM / Building Information Modeling experience.
• DSA / Division of State Architect experience.
• LEED or CHPS project experience.
• Experience with major capital improvement programs.

Preferred Licenses & Certifications

• California Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• California Architect license.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification.

Work Location

• Los Angeles, California
• Full-time, on-site position
• Remote work is not available.
• Supports major public and educational projects.

Compensation

$150,000–$190,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
