Oracle EPM Program Manager - Contract

Oracle EPM Program Manager Consultant Level: Mid/Senior Consultant Start Date: ASAP Duration: Jan.25, 2027 Hours: Full-time 40/hrs /week Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office Toronto, Canada Languages: English - Bilingual French/English preferred Rate: $90-120/hr Oracle experience Required

Description Product Owner for HFM, FDMEE, PBCS, ARCS, and ProLease, responsible for platform strategy, maintenance, upgrades, security, integrations, and enhancements. Lead prioritization and delivery of finance systems projects, vendor management (CGI, Deloitte, Oracle), and ServiceNow intake processes.

Ensure governance, SOX compliance, access controls, audit support, disaster recovery testing, and system documentation. Drive Power BI reporting, data automation, dashboard development, and finance data integration initiatives. Manage a team of 18 resources (9 employees, 9 outsourced) supporting Oracle ERP/EPM, chart of accounts governance, and financial systems operations.

Lead finance transformation initiatives, including Oracle Cloud, ARCS implementation, AI/Copilot adoption, process improvements, and stakeholder communications. Provide business analysis, user support, incident management, and continuous improvement across Finance technology platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting business systems and process improvements. 5+ years leading teams and managing projects.
• Strong expertise in Oracle ERP/EPM, Hyperion, Power BI, financial systems governance, SOX controls, and finance transformation programs.
• Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual English/French preferred.
