Business Analyst - Full Time - Texas

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and elicitation through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder analysis.
• Create detailed business process maps, use cases, and wireframes to visualize solutions.
• Collaborate with software developers and QA teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired future states.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and ROI.Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
