Business Analyst - Intermediate

This is an Intermediate level Business Analyst role. You will execute global compliance initiatives with precision and clarity. Ensuring timely, audience-specific communication and coordination across legal, product, engineering, and executive teams. This role is action-oriented, process-driven, and helps maintain trust by balancing urgency with business priorities.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead global compliance projects from planning through to delivery. Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on our products and clients. Maintain and evolve the compliance roadmap, including key milestones, dependencies and priorities. Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal and business stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are understood and delivered.

Review new products and features for compliance implications and incorporate them into planning where needed. Create clear, concise documentation that translates legal requirements into actionable business outcomes. Communicate priorities, timelines and risks effectively across a broad range of stakeholders. Collaborate with clients, industry partners and regulatory bodies when required.

Work closely with our Risk & Compliance team to leverage expertise and avoid duplication of effort.
