We're partnering with a leading luxury restaurant in Central London to recruit an ambitious Sales & Marketing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for premium hospitality and a proven ability to grow revenue through creative marketing, strategic partnerships and business development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of both the commercial and marketing functions, helping to increase brand visibility, attract new customers and maximise sales across multiple revenue streams.

The Role

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering initiatives that drive both revenue and brand awareness. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll identify new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and ensure the restaurant maintains a strong presence within London's competitive dining market.

Your responsibilities will include

• Creating and implementing sales and marketing plans that support business growth.
• Increasing revenue through corporate dining, private hire, events and group bookings.
• Building relationships with businesses, event organisers, concierge services, theatres and other key local partners.
• Managing the restaurant's digital presence, including social media channels and online engagement.
• Planning marketing campaigns, promotional activity and brand collaborations.
• Overseeing paid digital advertising across Google and Meta platforms.
• Working alongside PR contacts, influencers and content creators to increase brand exposure.
• Reviewing website performance, SEO and online customer experience to improve enquiries and bookings.
• Coordinating external marketing suppliers, agencies and creative partners.
• Monitoring campaign performance and producing regular reports with recommendations for future growth.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have

• At least 3 years' experience in a sales and marketing role within the restaurant, hospitality or events sector.
• A successful track record of driving revenue through business development, marketing campaigns and event sales.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital marketing platforms.
• A solid understanding of social media, content planning and brand marketing.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with the confidence to manage multiple projects at once.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
