Manager, Integrated Operations

Job Summary

GoTo Foods is looking to hire a manager to support its Integrated Operations function & drive multiple initiatives for our portfolio of brands. This role is responsible for supporting the execution, analysis, and reporting of Strategic Operations initiatives.

The Manager will develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance insights across brands and initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable data is delivered to leadership. This role partners cross-functionally to translate business needs into measurable metrics and supports the Director in delivering executive-level insights and presentations.

This individual must have excellent communication & stakeholder management skillsets, experience in leading multiple, cross-functional initiatives, and a willingness to take on and seek out additional responsibilities.

Essential Functions

• Executive Reporting Support: Develop materials and analysis to support ELT, brand leadership, and franchisee presentations. Create clear summaries of performance trends, issues, and opportunities. Translate detailed data into simple visuals, charts, and concise insights. Support the Director in preparing executive-level materials, including performance reviews and business updates.
• KPI Tracking & Performance Management: Execute and maintain KPI frameworks established by the Director. Track initiative performance against defined success metrics and timelines. Provide regular reporting on progress, risks, and performance gaps. Ensure alignment of metrics across functions and brands.
• Continuous Improvement Support: Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and insight generation. Support a culture of data-driven decision making across the organization
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, and Brand teams to gather and validate data. Support alignment across teams to ensure consistent reporting and understanding of performance. Assist in coordinating cross-functional initiatives by tracking milestones and deliverables. Help ensure data and insights flow effectively across teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field required
• MBA or advanced degree preferred

Work Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in operations, analytics, business performance, or program management
• Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
• Experience supporting executive presentations and reporting preferred
• Experience in multi-unit or franchise environments preferred

Skills

• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
• Ability to clearly communicate findings and support executive storytelling
• High level of accuracy in data management and reporting outputs
• High-level of comfort with ambiguity
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience with other data analytics and insights tools such as SQL, Tableau, etc. (preferred but not required)
• Located in or willingness to move to Atlanta, GA
