As a Product Manager supporting Operations, you will own and execute the strategy, development, and optimization of critical systems that power FreshDirect’s end-to-end fulfillment and delivery network and internal user experience.
Reporting directly to the President, this role operates at the intersection of technology and operations—driving initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and service levels across inventory, warehouse, and last-mile delivery operations.
You will partner cross functionally with Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and other business leaders to deliver data driven solutions that enhance both the customer experience and operational performance, while aligning closely with FreshDirect’s broader strategic priorities.
