About the Role

Your responsibilities will include

• Leading a large, diverse team dedicated to category management.
• Formulating and executing long-term category strategies aligned with our company's vision.
• Developing and nurturing strategic supplier relationships that ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Driving product costs down while meeting all performance standards.

We are looking for candidates who possess

• A minimum of 15 years of sourcing experience, including at least 7 years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in electronics, high tech, EMS, and semiconductors.
• A proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for managing global, remote, and virtual teams.
• Strategic thinking capabilities focused on market understanding and supplier innovation.
• A commitment to sustainability and risk management.

A Bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA and a background in engineering or business are preferred. This role demands a leader with a strong sense of urgency and a commitment to driving results in our mission to serve patients and customers effectively.
