Architectural Project Manager - Healthcare

Guide Architecture is seeking a Project Manager- Healthcare to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex healthcare projects. As a growing, relationship-driven firm, we're looking for a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring teams, partnering with clients, and helping shape the future of healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects from planning through construction administration.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary project contact.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables.
• Oversee design development, technical documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and construction activities.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development.

Your Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensure required
• 7+ years of healthcare architecture experience across all phases of design and construction.
• Knowledge of healthcare codes, clinical workflows, and complex building systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing clients, budgets, schedules, and consultants.
• Proficiency with Proficient with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel and working knowledge of Revit preferred.
• Demonstrated construction administration on healthcare projects, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and contractor coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Business development and client presentation experience is a plus.
