Due to continued expansion, we are hiring a Data Analyst to join our Planning Department at our Dublin Head Office

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from project management systems to ensure data integrity across the business Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that give project teams and leadership real-time visibility of cost, programme, safety, and quality performance Develop and maintain data pipelines and automated reporting processes, reducing manual effort and human error in routine reporting Work with project controls, commercial, and site teams to define data requirements and translate them into measurable metrics and KPIs Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in project data and present findings in a clear, accessible format Support the business in building and refining forecasting models Maintain data governance standards in line with company policy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Project Controls Analyst role Advanced Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data visualisation Strong experience with Excel, Power Query, SQL, and data validation processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and reporting solutions Experience within the construction industry would be advantageous
