Account Executive (Tech / SaaS)

About The Role

The role owns the full sales cycle from discovery to close, driving new revenue growth by selling B2B SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise technology buyers.

You will partner closely with product, customer success, and sales engineering teams to navigate complex technical evaluations, deliver tailored software demonstrations, and close high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an end-to-end sales pipeline, consistently hitting and exceeding quarterly and annual quota targets
• Conduct discovery calls and technical software demonstrations tailored to VP and C-level stakeholders
• Collaborate with sales engineers to address complex technical architecture, security, and integration requirements
• Draft proposals, negotiate enterprise contracts, and partner with legal to finalize agreements
• Maintain clean and accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM records using Salesforce and Outreach
• Partner with customer success post-sale to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account expansion

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of B2B SaaS closing experience with a proven track record of hitting revenue quotas
• Deep familiarity with modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical value propositions
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Bonus: Experience selling developer-first or data-infrastructure products and knowledge of MEDDPICC sales methodology
