Our client is looking to add a results-oriented AE to their growing team in Sydney. You will be instrumental in bringing their, all-in-one Project Management platform to the market. Think of it as an ERP system built for modern project-centric organisations, seamlessly integrating financials, internal and client communication, document management, resource planning, and more into a single, intelligent hub.

As an Account Executive, you will be the face of their revolutionary platform, working with mid-market and enterprise clients to help them unify their business operations and drive unprecedented efficiency.

On offer - $110,000-140,000 + Super + $180-220k OTE uncapped

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing significant new business deals.
• Understand complex business processes across finance, operations, and project management to position their platform as the essential solution.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on business transformation.
• Become an expert in their platform, delivering compelling product demonstrations and tailoring value propositions to specific client needs.
• Work closely with our Solution Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on selling complex business software (ERP, Project Management, Financial Systems, CRM, or similar).
• Exceptional ability to prospect, develop pipelines, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.A deep understanding of core business operations (Financials, P&L, resource allocation) and how technology centralises and optimises them.
• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with the local business landscape and existing professional network is a plus.
