Senior Marketing Manager - Toitū Envirocare

As we continue to build our brand presence in the market, we're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our marketing strategy and deliver campaigns that strengthen our brand, attract new clients, and deepen engagement with existing ones.

You will play a critical role in translating strategy into action, partnering closely with the GM Marketing, Events and Partnerships Manager, and Marketing and Events Executive.

You’ll lead integrated campaigns, digital marketing initiatives and client journey optimization to strengthen brand awareness and deliver measurable impact across the organisation.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.

You’ll be comfortable developing marketing plans, identifying opportunities, executing campaigns, and using data and insights to optimise results, and deliver outcomesWorking across digital, brand, content, social, events, customer acquisition and retention, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and manage external agency relationships to ensure marketing activity delivers meaningful commercial results.

This role will be based in Auckland.

What We're Looking For

• We're seeking an experienced marketing professional who combines strategic capability, commercial acumen, and strong execution skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• You'll Bring8+ years' experience in a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong digital marketing experience, including website management, social media, email marketing, and campaign optimisation.
• Experience developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation.
• Experience managing external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise performance
• Excellent communication, content, and storytelling skills.
• The ability to operate comfortably at both a strategic and operational level.A proactive, commercially minded, and solutions-focused approach

• Experience working in purpose-led, membership, certification, professional services, or sustainability-focused organisations.
