They specialise in delivering comprehensive event solutions - from large-scale brand activations, experiential events, venue shell scheme builds, and event furniture hire, to high-end custom exhibition stands and brand activations.

Backed by state-of-the-art national facilities, unbelievable reputation, extensive inventory, and an expert production team, they are entering an exciting phase of growth. On behalf of our client, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth, win major event contracts, lead a team of talented sales professionals and expand key industry partnerships.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional sales role: it is a strategic, high-visibility leadership position. As Sales Manager, you will hold the keys to the revenue strategy, solutions to tier-one brands, marketing agencies, corporate clients, and event organisers.

Act as the commercial lead for this division, driving the revenue strategy and managing the full lifecycle of client acquisition. From high-level consultative selling and pitch strategy to negotiating major contracts and building long-term, high-value industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and empower the sales team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture that drives continuous growth and personal accountability
• Work closely with our internal creative and production teams to craft winning, bespoke proposals that translate client brand objectives into immersive physical builds
• Oversee accurate revenue forecasting, sales reporting, and pipeline tracking to meet and exceed ambitious annual sales targets.
• Structure complex commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, maintain margin integrity, and ensure smooth handoffs to the estimating and project production teams
• Represent the agency as a senior industry authority at major trade shows, brand summits, and networking events -

About You

• 5+ years of senior sales experience within the custom exhibition stand, event build, or display production sectors
• Strong, established connections across major brand marketers, creative agencies, event organisers, and corporate decision-makers
• Ability to translate complex spatial concepts, and production timelines into compelling client solutions
• Proven capability in leading multi-stage pitches and securing six-figures (and above)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to structure a sales pipeline, self-manage, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
