Our client is a leading Irish provider of specialist event infrastructure and solutions, delivering high-quality projects across the corporate, private, sporting, and events sectors. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in Tuam, Co. Galway.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys managing projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of a wide range of projects. You will work closely with clients to understand requirements, develop solutions, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• ✔ Manage projects from initial client consultation through to completion and handover✔ Attend client and site meetings, providing ongoing communication and support✔ Prepare quotations, project plans, and supporting documentation✔ Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, materials, and scheduling requirements✔ Manage labour planning, build schedules, and site delivery timelines✔ Liaise with internal teams regarding technical requirements and project specifications✔ Prepare site-specific documentation including Method Statements and Risk Assessments✔ Monitor Health & Safety standards throughout project delivery✔ Support tender submissions and client proposals✔ Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and project partners
• What We’re Looking For:✔ Level 8 degree qualification, Event Management, or related discipline)✔ 5+ years’ experience managing projects from start to finish✔ Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail✔ Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills✔ Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite✔ Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team✔ Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements✔ Full clean driving licence
• Desirable Experience
• Experience within construction, events, or related project environments
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and best practice
• Experience with land surveying within events
• CAD experience or technical drawing knowledge
