INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM MANAGER

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager in Singapore. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of broadband transformation and closed-loop automation programs, driving cross-functional teams across software engineering, data engineering, AI/ML, testing.

He/She will act as the primary interface between customer business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership while ensuring successful execution of complex digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management:-

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-led transformation programs.

2. Manage broadband transformation initiatives and closed-loop automation projects from inception to deployment and operational handover.

3. Develop and execute program plans, schedules, governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and delivery milestones.

4. Ensure delivery commitments are met with in scope, quality, budget, and timelines.

5. Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and executive-level communication mechanisms.

Customer & Stakeholder Management:-

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer leadership and business stakeholders.

2. Manage relationships across customer organizations including: Product Teams, Business Owners, Network SMEs , Analytics Teams, Architecture Teams, Data Engineering Teams

3. Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.

4. Present program progress, business outcomes, risks, and mitigation plans to customer

CXOs and senior management:-

1. Technology Leadership

2. Coordinate activities across: Software Development Teams, testing &Quality Assurance Teams, AI/ML Teams, Data Engineering Teams, Cloud &Infrastructure Teams

3. Drive solution deployment and operationalization of AI-based platforms and automation frameworks.

4. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology implementation.

AI & Data Transformation:-

1. Understand AI/ML workflows and deployment lifecycles.

2.Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalize AI solutions.

3. Support implementation of data pipelines, analytics platforms, model deployment frameworks, and ML Ops practices.

4. Ensure successful integration of AI solutions into operational environments.

Required Skills & Competencies

Program Management: -

1. Strong experience managing large digital transformation programs.

2. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

3. Experience managing multi-vendor and distributed delivery teams.

4. Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance capabilities.

AI & Technology:-

1. Strong understanding of: Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML),Data Engineering, Analytics Platforms, ML Ops, Cloud Infrastructure, AI Deployment Architectures

2. Familiarity with enterprise-scale AI adoption and automation programs

Leadership & Communication

1. Excellent customer-facing and executive communication skills.

2. Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions.

3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

4. Experience presenting program status and business value realization to Project Leadership

Preferred Qualifications

1. Master's Degree (MBA, Telecommunications, Technology Management, or equivalent).

2. Exposure to AI-driven network operations, AIOps, or Autonomous Network programs.

3. Data Engineering Certifications from recognized institutions
