How you create impactSupport the further development and execution of the global Healthcare strategy and roadmap.

Lead cross-business unit customer implementations and strategic healthcare initiatives.

Drive collaboration and alignment across functions, regions, and business units.

Establish and facilitate governance structures, ensuring clear decision-making and follow-up.

Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, operational performance, and internal collaboration.

Develop and share healthcare-specific content, industry insights, and best practices.

Coordinate customer-facing activities, including advisory councils and industry engagement initiatives.

Manage programs from concept to implementation, delivering measurable business outcomes.

What we would like you to bringBachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.10+ years of experience in program, project, or business management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or MedTech industry.

Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into successful execution.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions in a global matrix organization.

Highly self-organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a flexible role with evolving priorities.

Demonstrated success leading complex global projects and cross-functional teams.

Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Fluent in English and willing to travel internationally.
