Annual Salary for 28 hours per week £36,000 - £40,000 (£45,000 - £50,000 per annum FTE)
London - Hybrid working (1-2 days in the office per week, Wednesdays + 1 other)
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for a 6 month FTC.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects and process improvement initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Your main responsibilities will include facilitating conversations across departments to ensure business and technical teams develop a common understanding of project objectives and outcomes. You will gather and document requirements, conduct analysis, and support teams to align solutions with business needs.
This role will suit someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building relationships to drive collaboration and deliver value effectively.
Previous Experience & Understanding of Business Analysis Practices: Process Analysis and modelling, writing and managing business requirements as user stories, solid stakeholder engagement experience.
