Kiwi Packaging NZ Ltd t/as Kiwi Pak are Direct Importers and distributors of disposable packaging and dairy products based in Hamilton & Tauranga but serving customers around Entire Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Taupo, Gisborne, Napier, Hastings, Opotiki, Whakatane, Rotorua, Masterton & Wellington regions.

We are in a process and planning to open a new fully fledged operations center in Auckland.

We are currently servicing our customers from Tauranga and Hamilton but due to increased customer demand of our products we are looking to expand our sales and operations team to meet and serve our customers with utmost and superlative service.

Direct reporting to Business Manager on regular basis and Director Sales on monthly basis:

The successful applicant should be honest, hard working, reliable, enthusiastic and a great team player with an eye for detail and thrives in a fast paced environment.

Successful applicant should have at least 2 - 3 years of sales and branch management experience. Preferably into Packaging business but not essential.

Successful applicant should have extensive and monumental knowledge of entire Auckland Region.

The right candidate should also have excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills and convincing attribute.

Experience in disposable packaging or any sales background would be highly considered but non essential.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:*Achieving sales target / budget and maintain gross margin of the products sold.*Develop sales strategies to achieve target. *Increase growth in sales in $ value and products.*Maintain and develop existing and new clientele.Identity and capitalise on new business opportunities & products.Lead generation and referral and follow ups.Debt collection.Attend customer complains and enquiry.Travelling will be required within entire AUCKLAND mentioned REGION. Account Executive willing to travel overseas with Director and Business Manager for supplier visits and attend trade shows when required. Willing to attend monthly meetings in Hamilton or Tauranga as and when required on every 1st Friday of the month. Present monthly Branch reports and discussing future and Business growth with Business Manager. Account Executives to grow sales and increased customer base. Valid driving license with clean record is required for this position.

The position involves technical sales, customer service, professional quoting, stock control and assisting with logistics.

The successful applicant would be trained if needed.

In return the successful candidate will get market remuneration package based on performance with flexible hours.
