• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate travel industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Analyse market trends to identify potential areas for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from start to finish.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have

• Proven experience in B2B or business development within Travel & Tourism industry or Direct experience working in the corporate travel technology sector.
• A strong background in software solution selling, ideally within SaaS or technology‑led environments.
• Strong ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
• Current, hands‑on involvement in selling or managing travel‑tech platforms or digital travel solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful presentations.
• Understanding of market trends and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
• Capability to manage the entire sales process with professionalism and efficiency.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
