We are transforming the digital real estate experience, its flagship collaborative platform designed for real estate professionals and consumers. We are seeking a skilled, execution-focused marketing contractor to drive go-to-market momentum across key MLS regions.

As the Contract Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing execution to drive awareness, agent adoption, and ongoing platform usage. This interim role bridges strategy and execution, partnering closely with Industry Products & Platforms, B2B Marketing, Product, and Industry Relations to deliver compelling, high-impact campaigns tailored to agents, brokers, and MLS leadership.

You will help ensure seamless project continuity during a pivotal growth phase by scaling platform adoption, strengthening client and MLS partnerships, and positioning as the standard for collaborative home search.

What You’ll Do | Contract Scope

• Drive Product Adoption & Regional Rollouts — Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that accelerate agent onboarding and active platform usage across participating MLS markets.
• Build Multi-Channel Campaign Assets — Develop and oversee campaign production across digital, email, in-product notifications, partner channels, and agent enablement toolkits.
• Maintain Cross-Functional Momentum — Partner closely with Product, B2B Marketing, Industry Relations, and Client Success to align messaging, campaign schedules, and adoption metrics.
• Align with Live Industry Events — Collaborate with the Events team to integrate Realtor.com+ messaging into trade shows, MLS presentations, panel discussions, and regional activations.
• Track & Optimize Campaign KPIs — Monitor campaign engagement, agent activation rates, and usage data to continuously refine messaging and channel mix.
• Uphold Brand & Messaging Standards — Ensure partner-facing and agent-facing collateral adheres to Realtor.com+ brand architecture and positioning guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of B2B or B2B2C product marketing experience, preferably within SaaS, digital platforms, or real estate technology.
• Proven ability to hit the ground running in a contract capacity, leading product adoption initiatives and regional rollout campaigns with minimal ramp-up time.
• Strong project management skills, with experience executing multi-asset marketing campaigns on tight deadlines.
• Track record of crafting compelling messaging that drives adoption of professional software or digital platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills tailored to real estate professionals and industry partners.
• Comfort analyzing marketing performance metrics and campaign activation data.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Points If

• You have direct real estate industry experience with MLSs, brokerages, associations, or PropTech, along with a strong understanding of agent workflows and MLS ecosystem dynamics.
• You have stepped into interim or contract marketing roles to drive high-visibility product rollouts through completion.
• You have hands-on experience developing joint marketing and enablement toolkits for industry partners or MLS associations.
