• We are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to join our Geneva Corporate Office.
• The Paid Media Manager is the strategic lead for driving high-value traffic through paid channels and third-party partnerships.
• This role acts as the central "conductor" between external agencies and internal departments (Digital & E-commerce, Marketing, Distribution) to ensure that every global campaign, seasonal promotion, and OTA cooperative initiative is executed with precision and high ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Agency Management: Manage the relationship with the global media agency, monitor/challenge performance and facilitate process improvement for hotels, regions and corporate office.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and lifecycle of large-scale paid campaigns, including Display, Metasearch, and seasonal global promotions.OTA Campaigns Management: Drive marketing initiatives including display campaigns with OTAs (Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) to increase visibility and conversion while maintaining luxury brand integrity.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the Media Agency, Revenue Management, and Brand Marketing to ensure price parity, creative alignment, and budget efficiency.
• Innovation & Growth: Proactively research and pilot new campaign types and emerging digital ad technologies to keep Kempinski ahead of the competitive set.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, optimising spend in real-time to ensure maximum ROAS and direct channel growth.
• Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Minimum 5+ years in Performance Marketing or Digital Media Planning, preferably in luxury hospitality or travel
• Proven ability to manage high-stake budgets and complex, multi-stakeholder projects and campaigns.
• Previous experience in Media Agency is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the OTA ecosystem and metasearch landscapes.
• Previous experience in the OTA industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
