Operations Partner

I'm looking for an Operations Partner to work alongside me as I continue growing my creative and event businesses.

This isn't quite a traditional artist management position. I'm looking for someone who can help me bring more structure, accountability, and execution to the different areas of my work—from my career as FKAjazz to the continued growth of OMG DJ Hybrid.

Some initial areas of focus would include

• Managing and following up on booking inquiries
• Helping turn larger goals into actionable plans
• Keeping projects, deadlines, and priorities on track
• Coordinating outreach for PR, shows, releases, and other opportunities
• Assisting with communication between venues, clients, collaborators, and partners
• Periodically helping capture content at performances and events
• Identifying systems and workflows that can help the businesses operate more efficiently

I'm envisioning this beginning as a paid 90-day trial, with the potential to develop into a longer-term working relationship if it's a strong fit.

The role would be part-time and based in New York City, with some in-person availability important—especially during the initial onboarding period.

I'm particularly interested in someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable working independently, and excited by the intersection of music, entrepreneurship, events, and creative business.
