Job Summary

Jockey is looking to fill a Data Scientist role with a dedicated analytics and modeling partner in our Product Solutions Pillar. This role, along with a Technical Product Manager (TPM), create a cohesive unit responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a product domain.

This is a dynamic role, splitting time between collaborating on new product initiatives, while supporting the ongoing business intelligence needs of our stakeholders.

You empower the business with data-informed decision making through in-depth data analysis and modeling.JOB EXPECTATIONSPartner with TPM in all phases of the product lifecycle, from initial data exploration during discovery to hands-on development and post-launch analysis. Conduct deep-dive data analysis to validate hypotheses, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis.

Manage and support the ongoing BI and reporting needs of the business, ensuring our stakeholders have the data they need to operate effectively. Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to prepare them for analysis. Apply statistical methods and algorithms to identify trends, build predictive models, and forecast outcomes.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in business or technical domain. 2+ years of experience in data science or other technical role.
