Operations Manager – Short-term Rental & Hospitality

About Us

Stella Retreats is a premium vacation rental property management company operating across the Hudson Valley, Catskills, Hamptons, Western Connecticut, and Rhode Island, managing roughly 25 homes and a hotel.

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and serve as the senior point of contact for owners and guests. You'll oversee 3 virtual assistants, who work with our cleaners, vendors, and guests. You will step in for complex situations and owner relationships.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Manage and train our virtual assistants
• Handle higher-level guest and owner conversations, including phone calls
• Build strong owner relationships and resolve escalated guest issues
• Help refine SOPs as the company scales

What We're Looking For

• Need to visit properties in Lower New York, Long Island, and Connecticut.
• Experience in hospitality property management operations
• Strong people management skills
• Comfortable being the face of the company on calls
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
