What’s the role?

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing service management activities across Westpac’s branch, corporate, and cloud networks, ensuring service delivery aligns with business priorities and that operational performance meets defined KPIs and service targets.

Acting as the primary liaison between the Software Defined Networks (SDN) team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, the role drives operational excellence, successful project delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also leads a small team comprising Service Delivery Specialists and Cabling Services resources.

What do I need?

Over five years of experience in IT Service Delivery within complex enterprise environments.

Over five years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Demonstrated experience in IT Service Delivery Management, including service performance, incident management, and continuous service improvement.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or industry certifications are desirable. Why join us?
