Role Overview

This full‑time on‑site or hybrid role is ideal for early‑career CPAs who want hands‑on experience and clear advancement opportunities. As an Intermediate Accountant / Associate, you will:

• Work on a variety of compliance engagements — audits, reviews, compilations, and corporate tax — from planning through completion
• Be part of our personal tax practice and support seasonal workflow
• Assist with tax planning and business advisory projects
• Work closely with experienced team members who are invested in your development
• Grow into a leadership and mentorship role

What You Bring

• CPA designation (preferred) or active CPA candidate
• Minimum one to three years of post‑graduation public accounting experience
• Solid understanding of ASPE, ASNPO, and Assurance Standards; IFRS experience is a plus
• Experience preparing T1, T2, and T3 returns
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, TaxPrep (or equivalent), CaseWare, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Clear, professional communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Interest in mentoring junior team members as your leadership skills grow
