Sr. Account Executive

Job Summary

The Sr Account Executive - Planet Capital works to prospect, establish and maintain clients for PRC while representing the Company’s full suite of products, including Fix and Flip Loan, Bridge Loan and Rental Property Loan products. This role acts as a trusted resource within the assigned region.

Success is achieved through building strong building strong business partner relationships, leveraging a network, and developing lasting connections with accomplished real estate investors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drives Loan Growth: Takes ownership of pipeline by sourcing and funding $2–3M+ in closed loans each month. Build direct investor and broker relationships, prospect new business, and connect with key industry players to create consistent loan flow.
• Offers a Full Product Suite: Applies expertise to structure and originate a wide range of competitive loan products, including Fix-and-Flip, Bridge, and DSCR, to serve Investors effectively and lead in the market.
• Oversees Every Transaction: Manages deals from first contact through structuring, underwriting, approval, and closing. Partners with internal teams to deliver a seamless, timely experience for every client.
• Acts as Trusted Advisor: Educates business partners, referral sources, brokers, and investors on the Company’s value proposition, positioning as the go-to expert in real estate investment property finance.
• Expand Market Presence: Builds visibility and credibility by engaging with the investor community through events, roundtables, and partnerships.
• Customer Experience: Engages customers through the pay-off period to ensure connection with the investor-builder and to foster future business opportunity.
• Attends and participates at various state or regional conferences to network and generate more business and create more industry exposure for PRC. Gains additional industry education during these events when possible.
• Complies with organizational standards, policies, and procedures. Maintains knowledge and professionalism through continues education and by staying abreast of current market trends, conditions, regulatory issues, and industry related issues.

Position Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 4+ years experience in the Private Lending industry
• An established book of business or an Investor network
• 4+ years experience Fix and Flip, Rental Property (DSCR), and Bridge loans
• 4+ years experience in the Private Lending industry (FNF, Bridge, and/or Perm Debt) in single family and multifamily asset classes

Functional/Technical Skills

• Understanding of the real estate investment property industry and ability to effectively communicate how Planet Renovation Capital can help your clients grow and prosper
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business
• Energetic and enthusiastic about providing the best customer experience in the industry
• Working knowledge of various mortgage products and underwriting guidelines
• Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending

• Moderate PC skills (MS Office products) and experience with mortgage origination systems
