Project Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day We're looking for a Project Manager to help guide projects from planning through delivery, balancing quality, budget, and customer satisfaction along the way. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-border partners, contribute to risk management practices, and support internal teams through knowledge-sharing.

• How You’ll Make An Impact
• Support overall project results, including P&L, to help ensure quality, timelines, budgets, and functionality are met, contributing to business success and customer satisfaction
• Lead the overall planning and execution of assigned projects
• Coordinate planning and execution across project teams
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, outside contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution
• Support effective risk management and mitigation measures for assigned projects
• Help ensure assigned projects meet agreed performance goals
• Support the rollout of required training for internal teams and sub-contractors based on project needs
• Support cross-border technical and commercial project management for selected key service contracts, helping achieve business targets and P&L goals as defined in the Project Target Agreement
• Work with regional purchasing and field service teams to help develop and extend local sourcing initiatives
• Support reporting and monitoring of contract performance, including financials, TMS, delays, project risks, claims, and quality management
• Contribute to the development and implementation of PM standards, methods, processes, and tools
• Be open to business travel for customer meetings, FAT, and project execution, and to on-site work during overhauls, upgrades, and commissioning — approximately 30% site-based, 70% office-based

What You Bring

About the Team

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an engineering or technology-related field
• A genuine interest in profitable project execution, with a customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
• Around 3–6 years of relevant experience, with the ability to work well and build relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Experience supporting successful projects or service business execution (LTPs), along with exposure to contracts management in areas such as Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators, or Compressors
• PM certification would be a nice-to-have
• Familiarity with commercial practices and supporting business volume, along with a good understanding of Environment, Quality, Health, and Safety practices
• Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
• Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
• Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
