Responsibilities

• Identifying, qualifying, and winning new business within the key ideal customer profile.
• Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with key contacts in prospective accounts.
• Delivering results against set objectives and key performance indicators.
• Implementing and utilizing the tech stack to full capacity.
• Leveraging sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and using solution selling.
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including recent experience within the last 6 months.
• Consistently achieving at least 85% of annual quota over the past two years.
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline of up to 300 key prospects and handle 30‑50 top accounts.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with C‑suite decision makers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset to diagnose issues and design optimal solutions.
• Proficiency with sales technology such as Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and effectively use the tech stack.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with travel industry solutions and corporate travel workflows.
• Experience with additional CRM platforms or sales enablement tools.
• Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast‑growing, changing environments.
• Understanding of data‑driven selling and performance analytics.
