Territory Manager, Growth and Business Development (NSW and QLD) | Curatif | $150,000 OTECuratif is an Australian cocktail manufacturer based in Port Melbourne. We make cocktails with real spirits and fresh ingredients, and we have been named IWSC Global RTD Producer of the Year four years running.

Our draught cocktail range is now available in venues across the country, and we are expanding the sales team to support it.

We are hiring two State Managers, one for New South Wales and one for Queensland.

The role

You will manage and grow your state, with draught as the primary focus. The work covers securing new tap placements across on-premise, developing the accounts we already have, working alongside our distributor partner, and representing the brand in market. You will also support execution in major and national retail accounts in your state.

The role is home-based and reports to the Managing Director and Head of Operations.

The territory is at an early stage of development, so the emphasis is on building rather than maintaining.

About you

• Three or more years in beverage field sales, including on-premise
• Draught experience: familiar with what it takes to secure a tap and keep it performing
• An established network of venue and buying contacts in your state
• A record of opening new accounts as well as servicing existing ones
• Confident presenting a commercial case to an owner or a group buyer
• Current driver licenceThe package$110,000 base, $10,000 vehicle allowance and $30,000 achievable commission, for an OTE of $150,000 plus super. Commission is weighted 80% to revenue and 20% to the gross profit of the business you write, so quality of business counts alongside volume.
