Sap Supply Chain Business Analyst(EWM)

Job scope

∙Map and document end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, procurement,

logistics, inventory, warehouse management (EWM) and Sales and distribution .

∙Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, including URS, user stories, and

process documentation

∙Establish the SAP delivery requirements framework based on existing KDD and USTO

documentation

∙Participate in project planning and co-lead workshops with the ECS team and business

stakeholders

∙Track and resolve open action items related to BA deliverables within agreed timelines

∙Develop and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)

∙Conduct Fit-Gap analysis across SAP ECC supply chain processes and EWM integration

points

∙Support integration and solution design activities, including the review of technical,

functional, and design specifications

∙Support risk and impact assessments

∙Support initial master data load and contribute to data governance planning

∙Drive end-to-end UAT scenarios and support the creation of test scripts and test data with

business stakeholders

∙Contribute to and lead project phase deliverables, including PIA, BIA, TIA, Fit-Gap

Analysis, and RAID activities
